This privacy notice is issued by the IMND - IM Nordic Distribution AB group of companies, which consists of a number of companies or "affiliates" as listed at the end of this policy. "We" (or "us" or "our") refers to IMND - IM Nordic Distribution AB and its affiliated companies.

For what purposes do we use information about you, and on what legal basis?
In this section, we describe the purposes for which we use personal information.
Depending on the nature of our relationship with you, we may use information about you for the following purposes:
To comply with regulations, such as verifying your age and identity, performing "know your supplier" checks, and managing our contractual relationship with you or your employer.
For legal compliance, such as retaining and using your records in connection with any anticipated disputes, for the purpose of obtaining advice from our lawyers and other advisors.
To purchase products or services from you or your employer, including contacting you to manage our relationship, obtaining sales-related services, and paying you for goods, services, and expenses (where applicable).
To sell our products to you, including fulfilling your orders and processing your payments.
To provide sales-related services to you, including handling your inquiries and requests, and providing warranty services.

To support all of the above, including administering your or your employer's accounts.
To enable you to use our touchpoints, correspond with you, manage your meetings with us, customize your experiences of our touchpoints, for administration and troubleshooting, general record-keeping, fraud prevention, and managing your access to systems we have granted you access to.
For business analysis and improvements, including improving our products, offices, processes, and events, as well as the information, systems, and devices.
To enable and administer your use of our systems, company-specific software, our devices, and our information.
To monitor your use of our systems and devices to ensure proper use.
To maintain the security of our systems, devices, information, and buildings.
To understand your views, opinions, and decisions and how they may affect public policy and other issues related to the company.
To provide you with, and customize your experiences of, press releases and email notifications that you have subscribed to.
For other purposes that we notify you of, or that are clear from the context, at the time the information about you is first collected.
The legal basis for our use of information about you is one of the following (which we explain in more detail in the table below):

We use it on the grounds that correspond to the purpose for using the information we are supporting. For example, when we administer your account to support a purchase, we use the information to fulfill our contractual obligations to you as a buyer of our products; when we administer your account to update you on our products, we are supporting business development and therefore use it on the grounds that we have a legitimate business interest in marketing our products, which is not overridden by your interests, rights, and freedoms to protect information about you.
Business Analysis and Improvements for business analysis and improvements (including for our products, systems, processes, offices, events, digital touchpoints, and the devices and information we provide to you or your employer)
We use it on the grounds that we have a legitimate business interest in analyzing and improving our business development, our products, systems, processes, offices, training, events, touchpoints, and the devices and information we provide, which is not overridden by interests, rights, and freedoms to protect your information about you.
Understanding your views, opinions, and decisions
We use it on the grounds that we have a legitimate business interest in monitoring and assessing stakeholders' views and decisions and mapping out how their views and decisions may affect us and our industry, which is not overridden by interests, rights, and freedoms to protect information about you.
Where we do not base our use of information about you on one of the above legal bases, or where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before we process the information (these cases will be clear from the context). We may ask for your explicit consent to process special categories of information about you.
In some cases, we may use information about you in ways that are not described above. In such cases, we will provide a supplemental privacy notice that explains such use. You should read all supplemental notices in conjunction with this one.
Do we make any automated decisions?
We may make automated decisions on any of the matters set out in this policy (e.g., screening and who to include on a shortlist for purchasing services or products). Where can information about you be sent?
